Ok, I've been invited to take part in an interactive experiment by Dosh Dosh. The experiment is an exercise involving the use of a Technorati Favorites Exchange.
At the core of the experiment is you, I and numerous others adding each others blog to our Technorati Favorites...
To participate you will need:
1. A blog of your own.
2. A Technorati Account
If you do not already have a technorati account, it's never too late to get one. It'll really halp generate quality traffic to your blog - Get one now.
The Simple Process:
- The first step is to add SMS Today to your Technorati Favorites by clicking here or using the button at the top of this post.
- When you're at the 'add page' you'll be asked to enter some tags. Please enter the following exactly as shown:
sms "sms text" "free sms" "free sms text"
- Second step is leave a comment using the form below. Be sure to include your technorati username and a link to your post. That's it. Within 24 hours I will add your blog to my technorati favorites. Job done!
The Pro Process:
Set aside an hour. Ready? Okay, this really works well. Here's how you start your own Technorati Favorites Exchange and draw high quality visitors to your blog.
- Create a post on your blog titled 'Technorati Favourites Exchange'.
- Copy and paste the content of this post, but be sure to edit it in to your own words.
- Yes, include all the participants listed at the bottom of the post, but I HIGHLY recommend mixing them up a bit. Neither of us want to be posting duplicate content.
- Make sure that include a link back to this post [ SMS Text ]. I suggest replacing the Dosh Dosh link at the top of this post.
- Add SMS Today to your Technorati Favorites by clicking here or using the button at the top of this post. When you're at the 'add page' you'll be asked to enter some tags. Please enter the following exactly as shown:

- Within a day or two I will notice your link in either my technorati or mybloglog stats. I will immediately add your blog to my Technorati favourites and add you to the list of participants below.
- You can speed up the process by leaving a comment using the form below. Be sure to include your technorati username and a link to your post. That's it. Within 24 hours I will add your blog to my technorati favorites. Job done!
You simply copy the process when others do it for you on your blog.
Some Notes: It's not enough to just have the link to this post, you MUST favorite this blog in your Technorati favorites by clicking here. Be sure to make that clear to your users should you opt for the Pro Process. When I created this Technorati Favorites Exchange, I simply published the post complete with 50 or so bloggers participating in the Dosh Dosh Technorati Favorites Exchange. I then visited each of the blogs and clicked the technorati button I found on their site. Within a day or two I was added to each of their Technorati favorites.
